It's been almost two months since my last official update hahahaha (ohnoes this is getting baddddd)...

out of duty (a.k.a: personal vanity), i feel i must relay to all on the happenings of my life as of now.

I'm studying mostly newspaper/journalism classes here at Nanjing University (the supposed equivalent to my major in the States), but hte funny thing is, "Communications" refers to "Human Communication", and apparently that is a branch under a minor branch in the branch of mass communication here in China. Which really means, that even though the university is in the top 5 in the nation, this major doesn't even exist (and therefore, no classes are available for it).

OHHOWFUN.

So I'm taking graduate level courses, all of which only have homework assignments like 'read 200 pgs from that random textbook' and then a final paper (approx 3000 chinese charas). So yes, it's all really just 'tedious' work as opposed to real, good ol' helpful homework assignments. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the level of 'higher education', and even more so shocked, when the Chinese equivalent of the Ivy League lags behind in the lower 300s for the top world universities listing.

Let's not even get into the issue of how 'wenming' the citizens are (oh the disappointment! ohhh the disappointment!!)

On another note, I've been running to a couple of other places...namely ShaoXing and SuZhou.

And the plan is to go to Beijing on October 30th to see an ice skating competition (returning on the 1st of November) and then onwards to Singapore/Malaysia in Nov 21st - 24th hahhahaa!!

I m trying to plan a flight ot Korea to go see the fantastic amusement parks and my friend, BUT im not willing to pay a hefty price for it...>__>;;

Besides that, Im looking forward to my daddy, mommy, grandma and then best friend coming over to seeeeeeee me! Yay! *reunion music plays in bg*
